The 84 page guidebook has been devised by Simon Couchman, Creative Director at Preston based design and PR agency, ICG. Since moving to the area from London six years ago, after meeting his now-wife, Jennifer Pritchard, he has edited, designed and taken many of the photos seen in the guidebook. “We love city breaks and buying city guides. I then realised that our own region had equally fantastic independent stores, fabulous bars and amazing places to visit - so why not create our own city guide for a style conscious traveller?”
The guide is even gaining support from local designer and entrepreneur Wayne Hemingway MBE. “For too long we have ignored the wonderful serendipity of our independent retailers.
