Etc Guides were having an arty evening on Friday. We started at the launch of the snapshot museum's fine Decisive Moments installation, at Morecambe's Winter Gardens. And what a setting, in the midst of a marvelous victorian theatre stands the brilliant white temporary gallery showcasing local residents summertime snaps from yesteryear alongside audio from the photographers.
