Enthusiasts from all over Lancashire & Cumbria come for Ian’s sensible and impartial advice, shoe fitting, tips on clothing, training or nutrition. Video analysis equipment will even tell you which shoes are best for your running style. In the summer months, there are also monthly 5k runs organised from the store.
